Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing page. Prorated billing is handled automatically by Stripe. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you replace my existing sales stack?
No. OnlyLeads handles the LinkedIn outreach layer — prospecting, drafting, sending, and reply tracking. We integrate cleanly alongside your CRM, email tools, and sales engagement platforms.
How does OnlyLeads access LinkedIn?
Through an authenticated session via our LinkedIn integration partner. You connect your LinkedIn once during onboarding and we never store your password. Our subprocessor is named in our privacy policy.
Will my prospects know it's AI?
Not unless you tell them. The voice profile system learns from your own writing — every message is yours in tone, structure, and substance. Plus, every message is human-reviewed before send.
What about GDPR and data privacy?
We process EU prospect data under legitimate-interest grounds with a documented privacy policy. Data is stored encrypted, in EU-region infrastructure where required, and you can request export or deletion at any time. See our GDPR page for details.
How long is onboarding?
For Individual: ~30 minutes. For Team: typically 1-2 hours including LinkedIn connection and voice profile setup per sender. For Agency: 1-2 days depending on number of client workspaces.
