Document status: Being finalized with our legal counsel. The cookie practices below are what we actually do today.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site operator.

2. The cookies we use

OnlyLeads uses a minimal set of cookies, all of which are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

2.1 Authentication cookies

Set by our authentication provider (Clerk) to keep you signed in. These are essential — without them, you cannot use the platform.

__session — your active session token. Expires when you sign out or after a period of inactivity.
__clerk_db_jwt — used to maintain the authenticated session. Same lifetime as above.

2.2 Functional cookies

Used to remember your in-app preferences (e.g. selected filters, view modes). These are set by the OnlyLeads application itself, never by third parties.

3. What we do NOT use

We do not use any of the following on OnlyLeads:

Advertising cookies or pixels
Social media trackers (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Insights, etc.)
Cross-site tracking technologies
Third-party analytics that profile individuals

4. Managing cookies

Because all cookies on OnlyLeads are strictly necessary for the platform's core functionality, we don't show a cookie consent banner — there's nothing for you to opt out of.

You can clear or block all cookies in your browser settings, but if you do, you won't be able to stay signed in to OnlyLeads.

5. Changes

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example, optional product analytics), we will update this policy and present a clear consent prompt before setting them.
